Foot Massage: Blend 1 ounce of Carrier Oil (such as Jojoba or Sweet Almond Oil) 15 drops of Clary Sage 10 drops of Lemon 5 drops of Lavender Mix oils well, massage gently into the feet. Store in airtight glass amber/blue container. |
A refreshing conditioning blend that it is easy to use. Scalp Stimulator: 1 tsp Jojoba Oil 2 drops of Rosemary 2 drops of Clary Sage Massage into scalp. Let sit for 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. | For Greasy Hair: Add to 30 ml shampoo 5 drops Tea Tree 4 drops Ylang Ylang 4 drops Lemon Shake well, shampoo and rinse as usual. |
Hair Conditioner; This is great for dry hair and scalp, and dandruff. 1 Tblsp Jojoba Oil 3 drops Rosemary Mix in small condiment bowl. Wet hair as usual and apply this conditoner. Let sit for 30 minutes. Then Shampoo as usual. | Goodbye Dandruff: Mix 10 drops of Eucalyptus with your shampoo. Massage into scalp. Rinse as usual. |
Skin Toner: 1/2 cup of Green Tea 10 drops of Lavender 10 drops of Geranium Mix ingredients in blending bottle. Shake well before each use. Apply with cotton ball. | Blemish Fighter: 5 drops of Lavender 5 drops of Tea Tree 5 drops of Lemon Mix in blending bottle, apply directly (neat) to blemishes, watch them heal and dry up. |
